MMRI team members involved in anti-Listerial enzybiotics development in February 6th 2024 visited laboratories of our Project Partner Nofima [https://nofima.com/] in As near Oslo. It was a great opportunity to discuss latest results and plan experiments for near future. We could learn more about microbiological food control issues, laboratory techniques to study surface contamination by biofilms, food contamination models and new technologies of food preservation. We have exchanged ideas and made plans about future collaboration.
