On 10.07.2023, during the food microbiology poster session of the 10^th Congress of European Microbiologists, member of our Team, Michał Zaród, has presented a poster entitled “Novel Non-Antibiotic Antimicrobials for the Control of Bacterial Contamination in Food Production Chain”. Presenting potential enzybiotics to be used on every step of salmon production chain, it was a great opportunity to exchange experiences, knowledge, and meet future cooperation partners in the field of sustainable food production.
