Project consortium teams had a pleasure to meet in Krakow (8-10th April, 2024) to discuss latest research results and summarise project outcomes. Many ideas for future studies appeared and lots of plans have been done. We agreed that last 3 years of the project was a great journey for us. We discovered together new antibacterial enzymes to target food chain pathogens and were able to test them in relevant conditions. We will continue our collaboration and co-apply for further funding to be able to deliver new technologies to the market.
